Her aim is to increase Health, Wealth, Wellbeing and Creative Expression within Diverse Communities, enabling Progressive Dialogues and providing tools for Resourcing Affirmative Action.

Alice is based in the Midlands and exhibits, publishes and coaches internationally. 

Alice currently works at The University of Lincoln, UK. Her roles include Deputy Head of School Creative Arts, Deputy University Senior Personal Tutor, Programme Leader and Senior Lecturer in Fine Art. She also leads on Art-Based Research Methods, through the Practice Research Arts Cluster (PRAC). 

Alice also runs her own Private Creative Coaching Business and offers 1-1, group and workshop sessions.
